1. Introduction
Welcome to valourheritage.com (the “Website”), operated by Valour Heritage, a general trading company registered and operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and any services provided by Valour Heritage, including but not limited to vehicle export, logistics, and local concierge services.
By accessing or using this Website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website or our services.
2. Definitions
“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Valour Heritage, operating from Dubai, UAE.
“Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity that accesses the Website or engages our services.
“Services” refers to all services offered by Valour Heritage, including vehicle export and sourcing, goods logistics and freight forwarding, and local concierge services such as company registration, visa processing, flight and hotel bookings, and airport transfers.
“Goods” refers to any vehicles, materials, products, or items handled, sourced, shipped, or delivered through our services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction to use our Website or engage our services. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Services Overview
Valour Heritage provides trade facilitation services between the UAE and Africa, including:
Vehicle Export: Sourcing, purchasing, documentation, and shipping of vehicles from the UAE to destinations in Africa via established international shipping lines.
Logistics: Sourcing, purchasing, and shipping of goods between the UAE and Africa by sea or air freight, including customs documentation and delivery coordination.
Local Concierge: On-the-ground support in Dubai including flight and hotel bookings, airport pickup and transfers, company registration, and residence permit processing.
The specific scope, pricing, and timeline of each engagement will be agreed upon between Valour Heritage and the Client prior to commencement of services.
5. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations provided by Valour Heritage are estimates based on the information available at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may be subject to change based on actual shipping costs, supplier pricing, government fees, exchange rate fluctuations, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.
Quotations are valid for a period of seven (7) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) or United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise agreed.
Any applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, port handling fees, or government-imposed fees at the destination country are the responsibility of the Client unless expressly included in the quotation.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed upon on a per-engagement basis and communicated to the Client before services commence. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following applies:
A deposit is required before any sourcing, purchasing, or shipping activity begins. The remaining balance is due prior to the release or dispatch of Goods or completion of services. Payments may be made via bank transfer or other methods agreed upon in writing.
Failure to make timely payment may result in delays to your shipment or service, storage charges, or cancellation of the engagement at the Company’s discretion.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation terms are as follows:
Before sourcing or purchasing: The Client may cancel with a full refund of any deposit paid, less any administrative fees incurred.
After sourcing or purchasing: Cancellations are subject to deductions for costs already incurred, including supplier payments, shipping deposits, and documentation fees.
After goods have been shipped: No refunds will be issued once Goods have been dispatched. The Client remains responsible for all costs including shipping, customs, and delivery fees.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within fourteen (14) business days.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Valour Heritage arranges shipping through established international shipping lines and airlines. All shipping timelines provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, port congestion, customs processing, carrier schedules, and other factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage to Goods transfers to the Client at the point of delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We strongly recommend that all Clients obtain appropriate cargo insurance.
Valour Heritage is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during transit, customs clearance, or at the destination port unless directly caused by our negligence.
9. Customs and Import Regulations
The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable import laws, regulations, and requirements in the destination country. While Valour Heritage assists with export documentation from the UAE, the Client bears full responsibility for import duties, taxes, permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance at the destination.
Valour Heritage shall not be liable for any seizure, confiscation, fines, or penalties imposed by customs or government authorities at the destination.
10. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the fulfilment of services; respond promptly to communications and requests for approvals or documentation; ensure that all Goods being shipped comply with the laws of both the UAE and the destination country; not use our services for the transport of prohibited, illegal, or restricted items; and make all payments in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Valour Heritage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.
12. Force Majeure
Valour Heritage shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, government sanctions or embargoes, pandemics, port closures, carrier insolvency, strikes, civil unrest, or any other force majeure event.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Valour Heritage or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our prior written consent.
14. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our Website or engaging our services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We select our partners with care but are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any third-party service provider.
16. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services provided, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good faith negotiation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to Federal Decree-Law No. 50 of 2022 (Commercial Transactions Law) and the UAE Civil Code.
18. Amendments
Valour Heritage reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Valour Heritage with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
